Frequently Asked Questions

Membership includes core seasonal services such as Spring Activation, Winterization, and Backflow Testing, along with ongoing system checks and support to keep your system running properly throughout the year.
Membership is an annual agreement that renews each year. You can cancel with written notice prior to renewal.
Depending on the plan, services are either paid as completed (Basic) or prepaid through a monthly payment structure (Plus and Elite). Additional work is billed at current member rates.
SAL is a pre-approved spending limit that allows us to complete routine repairs during a visit without needing to contact you, helping reduce delays and keep your system running efficiently.
For Basic plans, we will provide a quote before completing repairs. For Plus and Elite plans, repairs may be completed under your SAL. Larger repairs or unclear issues are always quoted first.
Yes. We provide service to both members and non-members. Membership is designed for customers who want ongoing service handled automatically.
No, as long as we have access to the system and controller. We will notify you in advance of scheduled visits.
